New and just on-time we are proud to present you our menu for the summer.

 Unusual and yet in harmony, we offer meat and fish lovers a special and unique combination with an exquisite meat selection from our dry ager and creative californian sushi variations. We also offer a well balanced range of vegan and vegetarian plates, purchasing our food as regionally and as seasonable as possible and of high quality.

BUFFALO BURRATA
tomatoes, olive- grissini crumble, arugula,
basil-pesto, old balsamic vinegar

LOBSTER BISQUE
roasted wild pawn, fennel, paspierre,
parmesan-cheese

SILKY TOFU
silky tofu, sweet potatoes, NEO kimchi, enoki mushrooms,
wakame, Miso  (vegan, lactose- and gluten free)

GILTHEAD BREAM
as a whole
grilled vegetables, kalamansi, fennel,
tagliolini in lobster bisque
